Everybody is talking about Wall Street greed and inadequate political leadership. How about all those people who took out mortgages for 100% of home values, interest only mortgages, cash back mortgages? Are they not responsible as well for all this mess. Of course, there is no way to hold them accountable, they lost their houses, I guess that's punishment in itself.
On the other hand there is a story on www.StoryLeap.com posted by a victim of a predatory mortgage broker, such tactics and the banks who promoted them should be prosecuted.
